On 27 September 2021 Ofgem transferred the Company’s customers to Shell Energy as part of the Supplier of Last Resort (“SoLR”) regulated process. Energy supplies have remained secure throughout this process, with Shell Energy supplying energy to all customers from this date. The Company ceased supply of energy from 27 September 2021.
Following completion of the Ofgem regulatory process, Jonny Marston, Mark Firmin and Paul Berkovi of Alvarez & Marsal Europe LLP have today, 30 September 2021, been appointed as Joint Administrators to the Company.
A message to customers
You have now transferred to your new supplier. If you have any queries, please contact your new supplier on:

Please can all customers provide meters readings in the normal way as at 27 September 2021. If you have not been able to take a reading on the date of the transfer to your new supplier, please send the next available meter reading and the date it was taken. This will be important to ensure a smooth transfer to your new supplier.
It is important to note that your energy supplies will not be interrupted during the transfer to your new supplier.
All customers will be contacted
in due course by Green Supplier Limited in administration regarding your final bill from the Company and settlement of any outstanding balances.
